Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Process Engineer to drive a strategic R&D transformation, re-engineering end-to-end processes and embedding new ways of working. You will partner with process owners, SMEs, and senior leaders across Clinical Development, Non-Clinical Development, and Labelling to accelerate product development timelines.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma, map and model current and future processes, facilitate workshops, and design future operating models within an Agile Transformation

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience applying Lean Six Sigma in complex environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (Green Belt preferred).
• Strong process mapping and modelling skills to document current and future state processes.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops, capturing requirements, and designing improved operating models.
• Familiarity with BPM tools such as ARIS, SAP Signavio, iGrafx, or Microsoft Visio.
• Excellent stakeholder management, capable of collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale organisational transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate process designs into practical implementation plans and support change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead re-engineering of end-to-end processes and eliminate waste.
• Embed new ways of working within an Agile Transformation Office environment.
• Partner with process owners, SMEs, and senior stakeholders across R&D pillars.
• Translate designs into actionable implementation plans and support change management.
• Define governance, documentation standards, and KPI frameworks.
