Job summary

Entrust Resource Solutions, on behalf of our pharmaceutical client, seeks a Process Engineer to support busy manufacturing facilities in SW England. The role focuses on understanding existing processes, modifying workflows, and initiating improvement projects.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma, conduct risk assessments, ensure GMP and EHS compliance, write technical reports, and liaise with Manufacturing, Quality and Validation teams to deliver robust process enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Understand processes and equipment used to sustain manufacturing capabilities
  • Modify processes to improve delivery and efficiency
  • Initiate and oversee Process Improvement projects
  • Conduct risk assessments on processes and equipment
  • Analyze data to identify enhancements and faults
  • Write technical reports documenting improvements and outcomes
  • Liaise with Manufacturing, Quality and Validation teams to ensure compliance

Process Engineer

Permanent

Our Pharmaceutical client is currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to support ongoing projects within their busy manufacturing facilities.

Duties for this role will include

  • Understanding existing processes and equipment used to ensure manufacturing capabilities are full utilised
  • Modifying processes to enhance delivery
  • Initiating Process Improvement projects
  • Conducting Risk Assessments
  • Assessing key data to derive enhancements and pin point faults
  • Overseeing improvement projects
  • Writing technical reports
  • Applying Lean and Six Sigma principles
  • Ensuring processes meet EHS, Quality (GMP) and other regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with manufacturing, Quality and Validation teams

This is a permanent position , offering an attractive salary , depending on skills and experience

Role : Permanent

Location : SW England

Salary : Up to £55,000
