Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery in the UK is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing, filling and packaging. You will analyse performance data to identify improvements and implement solutions to boost productivity, reduce waste, and maintain product quality under GMP requirements.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will apply Lean Six Sigma methods, lead validation activities, and contribute to evolving our operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe, efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Eng or related field.
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, EMA is advantageous.
• Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve process capability, capacity and cost efficiency for owned areas.
• Lead introduction of new technology and processes in operations.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to lead continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans for activities with timeline controls.
• Lead validation activities and execute validation protocols for equipment/processes.
• Document deviations and assign/corrective actions promptly.
• Develop knowledge through experience, training and conferences.
• Maintain GMP/EHS compliance per company procedures.
