Job summary

Talent Smart is seeking a driven Process Engineer to support development, improvement and introduction of manufacturing processes with a focus on parylene coating applications. The role combines technical problem-solving, project work and customer interaction across multiple projects.

You will work closely with manufacturing, equipment engineering, quality and sales teams to develop, improve and document processes and specifications, ensuring efficient, high-quality production outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production or process engineering in manufacturing, lab or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience in process improvement and the 5 Whys methodology.

Responsibilities

• Support development, improvement and introduction of manufacturing processes with a focus on parylene coating applications.
• Engage in technical problem-solving, project work and customer interactions across different project stages.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, equipment engineering, quality and sales teams to document processes and specifications.
