Job summary

Refeyn Ltd. is looking for a Process Engineer to join the Product Engineering team in Botley (Oxford), supporting consumables manufacturing.

You will own development, optimisation and control of coated product processes to ensure robustness, cost-effectiveness and controllability in a clean-room environment. The role focuses on NPI industrialisation, design transfer, CPP/CQAs, DoE, and collaboration with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
Significant experience in process engineering in regulated manufacturing environments.
Clean room experience strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with coating technologies and surface treatments.

Responsibilities

NPI & Transfer: develop manufacturing-ready processes and lead tech transfer from R&D.
Process Development: optimise robust processes using DoE to build process capability.
Manufacturing Support: resolve production issues and investigate yield loss.
Validation & Control: develop validation protocols and SPC, support DFMEA/ PFMEA.
Cross-functional: collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and external partners.
