Job summary

Nicholas Associates is seeking a Process Engineer for Aerospace/Power & Energy with a strong focus on creating new manufacturing methods and SOPs. The role involves writing SOPs for new product introductions and producing data cards to support process control.

You will work within the Process and Manufacturing Engineering teams across the UK facilities, helping define manufacturing steps and improve efficiency in a high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Experience writing SOPs and creating data cards for new products.
• Background in manufacturing engineering and process development.
• Familiar with EDM Machining, multi-axis laser, welding or metal forming with presses.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical process data cards.
