Job summary
Nicholas Associates is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our aerospace/power & energy manufacturing team near Redditch. You will contribute to NPI and manufacturing quality in a tight tolerance engineering environment.
The role focuses on processes including EDM Machining, Multi axis laser, welding and metal forming with hydraulic presses, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. A structured, safety-conscious work culture is provided.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with any of the following processes - EDM Machining, Multi axis laser, welding or forming metals with hydraulics presses.
- Previously worked in a quality focused role within a tight tolerance engineering environment
Responsibilities
- Quality Engineer will work with the Manufacturing Manager tailored towards NPI and Aerospace.
- Support manufacturing quality processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent quality in production support and problem solving in a tight tolerance environment
