Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Process Engineer at our Talke site to lead greenfield and brownfield mineral processing projects from concept through ramp-up. You will deliver technical expertise in process design, quality control, and continuous improvement across global operations.

The role requires a minimum of five years in an industrial setting, a degree in Engineering or related fields, and proficiency with CAD, Excel, databases, and process simulation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemistry, Geology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial/mineral processing environment.
• Experience planning, executing, and evaluating industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive process engineering projects from concept through planning, execution, commissioning and ramp-up.
• Develop and optimize mineral and material processes via trials, simulations, flow sheets and analysis.
• Support production sites with technical expertise, identify process improvements and debottlenecking.
• Conduct technical audits, analyze production and quality data, provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external engineers, suppliers, and contractors with safety and quality in mind.
