Are you an experienced Process Engineer passionate about improving industrial processes and driving operational excellence? Join Sibelco and help shape innovative, safe, sustainable, and efficient mineral processing solutions across our global operations. We are looking for a Process Engineer to deliver greenfield and brownfield projects from concept through to operational ramp-up, while providing technical expertise in mineral processing, process design, and quality control. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Sustainability, Health & Safety, Procurement, and external engineering partners to improve existing processes and develop new solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working across different functions, and turning ideas into practical solutions. You will contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety, sustainability, and cost effectiveness across Sibelco's operations.
