Job summary

Sibelco Group is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to drive process design, safety, and continuous improvement across global minerals operations. You will lead greenfield and brownfield projects from concept through ramp-up, delivering practical solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability.

Based in Talke, you will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sustainability, Health & Safety, and external engineering partners to implement improvements, optimize processes, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemistry, Geology, or related field.
• Min 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in mining or minerals processing.
• Strong expertise in process engineering and managing industrial projects.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with ability to work independently and with teams.
• Experience with CAD, Excel, databases or process simulation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering projects from concept to ramp-up.
• Develop and optimize mineral and material processes via trials and simulations.
• Provide technical support to production sites for improvements.
• Conduct audits, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders ensuring safety and compliance.
