Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Process Engineer in Glascoed to develop manufacturing processes from concept through commissioning and qualification. You will be the go-to expert for process queries within a multi-disciplinary team.

You should have a strong background in process development, with knowledge of PLC systems and possibly NDT. Training will be provided for munitions exposure; prior experience in high-hazard environments is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing manufacturing processes from concept to commissioning.
• Strong capability in risk management and process qualification.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage process technical requirements and risk controls.
• Provide engineering support to tendering processes and Safe System of Work.
• Lead commissioning and qualification activities for new processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on existing products and processes.
