Job summary

Danish Crown UK is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Operations team. You will be the technical link between Operations, Engineering and frontline leadership, driving stable, efficient and standardised production processes with disciplined CI and lean methods.

Working with Production Managers, Area Supervisors, Line Leaders and Optimisers, you will define standard settings, support line balancing, and build capability to sustain performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with process control and standardised settings in a production environment.
• Strong exposure to lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and define standardised process settings for production lines to ensure consistent output and efficiency.
• Monitor critical process parameters, address deviations, and apply root cause resolution.
• Communicate changes with version control and ensure SOPs are up to date and actionable.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting throughput, efficiency, and waste reduction.
