Qualifications

• Experience supervising technical teams in an engineering or manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift engineering performance, setting clear objectives and supporting line efficiency to achieve departmental goals.
• Lead line fault-finding activities and coordinate resource prioritisation to minimise downtime and maintain OEE.
• Plan and execute site equipment maintenance in line with departmental strategy, maintaining precise plant records.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to promote operational efficiency, safety, and food safety on shift.
