Job summary

Danish Crown UK is seeking a Production Trainer to develop frontline teams, ensuring safe, standardised, and right-first-time lines. You will train, assess, and onboard new starters, embedding structured methods across the site.

Collaborating with Area Supervisors and Line Leaders, you will address skill gaps, coach on the job, and maintain accurate training records to support continuous improvement in quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience delivering training or coaching in an operational setting.
• Strong understanding of shop floor operations and performance drivers.
• Clear communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training for new and existing employees.
• Assess against defined standards and standard work.
• Support Line Leaders in developing team capability and maintenance of skills.
• Identify skill gaps and develop training plans with Area Supervisors.
• Deliver inductions and coach on-the-job.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance.
• Assist in audits and ensure training aligns with processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Process Engineer, and Labour Planning Lead.
