Job summary

Aspion Search is seeking a Process Engineer to review, develop and improve manufacturing processes across CNC machining, welding, electropolishing and inspection. You will collaborate with Production Managers, Team Leaders, Planning, Quality and Engineering to boost productivity and quality while delivering projects from concept to implementation.

The role requires an analytical, improvement-focused engineer with experience across manufacturing departments and a track record of managing projects

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and output.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Experience conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Review manufacturing methods and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and output.
• Work across CNC machining, welding, electropolishing and inspection to introduce more effective ways of working.
• Analyse production workflows to identify bottlenecks, delays, waste and recurring operational issues.
