Job summary

Croda seeks a Process Engineer to join the Rawcliffe Bridge site, driving safe, efficient and compliant project delivery. You will design and optimise processes, prepare cost estimates, and ensure asset integrity while coordinating with operations and senior leadership.

You’ll work in a highly regulated environment, applying cGMP familiarity, HASAWA and industry standards to deliver capital projects on time and within budget. A relevant engineering degree with experience is required.

Qualifications

• Chemical/Process engineering degree or HNC.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects from concept to commissioning.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic quality standards (cGMP).
• Knowledge of HASAWA 1974, PSSR and DSEAR with related ACOP/guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work with process engineers to optimise site operations and deliver projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and capital expenditure requests.
• Develop design documentation: PFDs, P&IDs, URS and control philosophies.
• Define project scope, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
