Job summary

Pro Logical Limited seeks a highly motivated engineer to lead projects from concept through FEED to full lifecycle delivery. You will run jobs independently and as part of a team, interfacing with clients to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes.

Core tasks include preparing proposals, BOMs, and design documentation, managing contracts & risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with HSE and ATEX. Travel within the UK may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and engineering across sectors.
• Ability to manage jobs independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, including cost estimation, test reports, plant specifications and design.
• Prepare material lists (BOM) from drawings and specifications; AutoCAD and P&ID development is an advantage.
• Manage contracts and documentation (risk assessments, construction files, manuals).
• Ensure designs comply with specifications and health and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting and client communication as a core capability.
• Experience in a production environment; COMAH site experience preferred.
• Provide technical support for sales; obtain equipment and project specifications by phone.
• Perform equipment tests and site visits; travel within the UK.
