Morgan Ryder is recruiting a Process Engineer in Warrington to provide technical expertise and operational support across the production area. You will drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, and support safety and quality standards within a global manufacturing context.

Qualifications

Engineering degree and 3+ years in manufacturing or process environments.
Experience with quality management processes and ISO 9001 is desirable.
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for fault finding, troubleshooting and process development across production stages.
Monitor KPIs and support operational excellence initiatives.
Apply continuous improvement methods within the company operating system.
Support safety, energy and GEMBA activities.
Analyze process data and maintain compliant processes.
