Job summary

Recruit4staff LTD seeks a Process Engineer to review and streamline manufacturing processes in Deeside, driving continuous improvement across CNC machining, welding, electropolishing and inspection operations.

The role emphasizes improving efficiency and quality within a specialist manufacturing environment, with a permanent contract and a competitive package. On-site working hours are Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30 and Friday 08:00–15:00, with a pay rate up to £50,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Process Engineer or within a relevant manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience supporting CNC machining, fabrication or welding operations.
• Experience analysing and improving manufacturing processes.
• Experience conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience working within quality management systems.
• Experience managing improvement projects from concept through to implementation.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Review current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to streamline and improve working practices.
• Support continuous improvement across CNC machining, welding, electropolishing and inspection operations, helping to enhance efficiency, quality and overall manufacturing performance.
