We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead end-to-end process optimisation initiatives that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and digital integration across the luxury estate business. Reporting to the Commercial CEO, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing workflows, leading quality improvement projects, and implementing process enhancement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, industry experience in operations or process optimisation, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and expertise in driving organisational change.

What you'll be doing:

• Conducting comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and procedures.
• Designing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identifying process gaps, performance issues, and stakeholder complaints.
• Establishing performance benchmarks and standards.
• Monitoring workflows and staff performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to streamline operations and boost productivity.
• Sharing insights and recommendations with leadership for informed decision-making.
• Training and supporting team members in adopting new processes and tools.
• Staying current with industry trends in process optimization.

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proven ability to identify process and organisational weaknesses.
