Job Description

• Maintain and develop the technical core competencies;
• Responsible for the optimization and further development of new and existing machining processes, tools, and procedures;
• Responsible for structured tool-management, proactive identification of improvement potentials and innovative technologies;
• Support and lead digitization and Industry 4.0 Projects;
• The job includes autonomous supervision of diverse projects and activities within the international production network;
• Collaborate closely with the lead plant and suppliers;
• Support the establishment of standardized processes and data structures in the production network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or similar;
• Technology enthusiast with experience in project management;
• Experience in CNC programming is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit on an international level;
• Team-oriented mindset;
• Autonomous, proactive, and self-motivated work approach with keen perception;
• Advanced English proficiency; German is an advantage.
