Qualifications
Strong industrial experience in process engineering and technology scale-up.
Experience leading engineering workstreams and using process modelling tools.
Responsibilities
Lead process design activities, including modelling, PFDs, P&IDs, and mass/energy balances.
Develop and optimise catalytic conversion and separation processes.
Translate lab and pilot data into scalable, commercially robust designs.
Support technology scale-up from lab to demonstration scale.
Lead and participate in HAZID/HAZOP and ensure strong process safety standards.
Provide process input to techno-economic assessments and proposals.
Mentor junior engineers and promote a strong safety and performance culture.
