Job summary

Veolia Group in Moray is seeking a Process Coordinator for an 18-month fixed-term contract in Elgin. The role pays £37,000 per annum and requires 42 hours per week, typically Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00 and 16:30 finish on Friday.

Join our Moray team to help manage sampling, analysis, and reporting of treatment performance and to support continuous improvement across lab procedures. A full driving licence and laboratory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential laboratory experience.
• Excellent computer literacy and communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Desirable: Degree or HND in a scientific discipline.
• Experience in a technical field, energy facility, water treatment or process sectors.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with Veolia and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Sampling and analysis of influent and effluent streams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of lab procedures and standards.
• Chemical management.
• Reporting of treatment performance to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to be contacted outside normal hours occasionally.
• Calibration of laboratory and field instruments.
