We are looking for a Senior Process Controls Engineer with deep expertise in electrical design, motion control, and machine automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical control systems and schematics based on customer and project requirements
• Develop concept sketches, layout drawings, and timing/sequencing diagrams
• Program PLCs, HMIs, safety systems, and synchronized motion control platforms
• Generate cost estimates and conceptual design packages for new machinery
• Create user documentation for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Support machine build, debug, and correction activities on the shop floor
• Select and evaluate electrical components for performance and cost
• Improve machine performance based on shop and field feedback

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and PLC programming
• Strong knowledge of synchronized motion control
• Solid grasp of mechanical machine design principles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting equipment through the full lifecyclefrom concept to commissioning

Nice to Have:

• OEM or web converting machinery experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Hands-on troubleshooting mindset with a detail-oriented approach
