Job summary

DHL Aviation, East Midlands Airport, is looking for a Process Compliance Auditor to ensure operational processes meet legal and internal standards. You will audit, review and train on compliance issues to keep processes efficient, effective, and compliant across UK sites.

The role supports SEEQ and Global SOPs, with responsibilities to close audit findings, drive improvements, and liaise with multiple departments. On-site, permanent, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship level 4 education is an advantage.
• Previous auditing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Stakeholder management.

• Ability to prioritise own workload.
• Ability to analyse complex issues, conduct root cause investigations, and drive corrective actions.
• Knowledge managing ISO14 / 50001 beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Internal and external auditing to support SEEQ (Safety, Environment, Energy and Quality) community.
• Develop excellent understanding of Global SOP and Management Systems ISO and 50001.
• Auditing to support and review compliance of the above Systems.
• Active participation in the SEEQ community.
• Support the Energy and Environment Manager in ISO14/50001 management.
• Complete audits as per the defined schedule.
• Close findings and follow up on audits.
• Work solo or in a team to complete audits and closing meetings.
• Keep up to date with changes to the standards and systems.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

About the Role

To ensure that the company's operational processes are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. They are responsible for conducting audits and reviews of DHL's processes and procedures to identify areas of non-compliance and make recommendations for improvement. The Process Compliance Auditor also provides training and guidance to employees on process compliance issues and works with other departments to implement compliance programs and initiatives. Their goal is to ensure that DHL's processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all applicable regulations and policies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Internal and external auditing to support SEEQ (Safety, Environment, Energy and Quality) community.
• Develop excellent understanding of Global SOP (Standard Operating Practice) and Management Systems ISO and 50001.
• Auditing to support and review compliance of the above Systems
• Active in our SEEQ (Safety, Environment, Energy and Quality) community.
• Support the Energy and Environment Manager in management of ISO14/50001
• Complete audits as per the defined schedule.
• Successfully carry out, follow up and closure of all findings and audits.
• Ability to work as part of a team or alone to complete audits and conduct closing meetings.
• Keep up to date with changes to the above standards and systems.
• Develop and maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships
• To build and maintain strong and effective working relationship across all sites and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Support departments in resolving any compliance/business related issues.
• To identify potential improvement opportunities and where appropriate apply or share.
• Improve working practices through auditing, encourage and recognise best practice.
• Complete weekly/monthly reports/task as required.
• To provide suggestions and recommendations to alleviate potential risks to the business.
• Assist with projects, First Choice and other business improvement tools.
• Work flexi shifts as required to meet the audit requirements of the business across all UK sites.
