• Kenntnisse gängiger Einheitenoperationen wie Fällung, Filtration, Abwasseraufbereitung, Feststoffhandling und thermische Prozesse.

Responsibilities

• Definieren der Systematisierung und Vorgehensweise für Vorinbetriebnahme und Inbetriebnahme.
• Zusammenstellung von Projektdokumentation und Übergabedokumenten für Betrieb und Wartung.
• Erstellung von IQ/OQ/PQ-Testprotokollen, Zertifikaten, Punch-List-Register und Checklisten.
• Koordination von SOP- und Schulungsunterlagen für zugewiesene Systeme.
• Leitung der Koordination der Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten, Überwachung von Prozessparametern, Fehleranalyse und Optimierungsvorschläge.

Obtain agreement/ buy-in from all disciplines within the commissioning team.* Collation and indexing of project and commissioning handover documentation for the operation and maintenance of equipment, piping and instrumentation.* Generate commissioning documentation for assigned systems, this includes but is not limited to IQ/OQ/PQ test protocols, IQ/OQ/PQ Completion Certificates, Punch List Register and check sheets for Equipment, piping, instrumentation and control systems. (IQ Installation qualification, OQ Operational Qualification, PQ Process Qualification).* Coordinate the creation of SOP and Training Packages for assigned systems.* Lead the co-ordination of the commissioning activities, monitor process parameters and specifications for all* operational processes.
