Job summary

Johnson Matthey Plc in Enfield is seeking a Management of Change Coordinator to drive safe and compliant project delivery. You will manage the MOC process, administer the electronic MOC system, and support facilitators and initiators to ensure readiness and proper documentation.

The role requires an engineering degree or process safety qualification, NEBOSH or IOSH, and at least three years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or Process Safety required.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH accreditation preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of chemical safety, COSHH, Fire Safety, DSEAR essential.
  • Ability to manage MOC processes and facilitate approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Management of Change processes and facilitation.
  • Administer electronic MOC system and database.
  • Train and support new MOC facilitators and initiators.
  • Approve and verify drawings and P&IDs.
  • Oversee project readiness and handover documentation.
