Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SEP Process Developer to support the development of new processes in the emerging field of SEP. You will play a key role in designing and refining business processes to improve efficiency and align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the development of innovative to-be processes in SEP.
2. Navigate ambiguity to establish new, efficient processes.
3. Use advanced modeling tools to create visual representations of current and future processes.
4. Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
5. Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
6. Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and ensure process alignment with organizational goals.
7. Document process models, changes, and improvements meticulously.
8. Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
9. Lead workshops to analyze current processes, identify customer pain points, and train staff on new processes and best practices.
