Job summary

CGI is looking for a Problem Management Coordinator to help improve service performance, reduce recurring incidents and deliver lasting operational improvements for our clients. You will own problem investigations and work with specialist teams to implement effective solutions.

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position. Traveling to client sites in Chippenham / Corsham.
