Job summary

Eventus Legal is seeking a Probate Sales Advisor to join a growing specialist probate service within an award-winning law firm in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This full-time, permanent role offers a guideline salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, with hybrid working one to two days from home per week after an initial settling-in period.

You will receive full probate training, a non-contractual bonus scheme and opportunities to progress as the service grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone-based, consultative or advisory sales (up to 2 years).
• Ability to build trust quickly and handle sensitive conversations with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries, providing clear, supportive guidance.
• Manage quotations, follow-up activity and outstanding actions, keeping records in HubSpot.
• Learn Grant Only and Full Administration services and work with client care and probate teams.
• Conduct initial consultations to understand the estate and identify the appropriate service.
• Explain service options and fees clearly to help clients make informed decisions.
• Manage Grant Only quotations from enquiry to instruction and qualify Full Administration enquiries.
