Job summary

Eventus Legal in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, is seeking a Probate Advisor to join a growing specialist probate service within an award-winning law firm. This full-time, permanent role offers a guideline salary of £25,000 to £30,000, with hybrid working one to two days from home each week after settling in.

You will receive full probate training, a non-contractual bonus scheme and opportunities to progress as the service grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone based sales or advisory roles.
• Experience handling sensitive conversations with empathy.
• Ability to work toward conversion or revenue targets and use CRM.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries with clear guidance.
• Manage quotations, follow-up activity and records in CRM.
• Learn Grant Only and Full Administration services and work with probate teams.
• Conduct initial consultations to understand estates and appropriate services.
• Explain service options and fees clearly to clients.
• Qualify Full Administration enquiries for closing call.
