Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Corporation is seeking an Associate Operator for Warehouse Operations. You will ensure replenishment of picking locations, maintain stock availability, and support accurate inventory records within a regulated healthcare distribution environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safe handling of temperature-sensitive items, and adherence to GDP principles. Prior warehouse experience and teamwork are valued in a busy, compliant facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support or related field.
• Familiarity with GDP principles and temperature-controlled handling.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare distribution is advantageous.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock replenishment and shipment docs.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock to picking locations during shifts.
• Monitor stock levels to support order fulfilment.
• Update warehouse records and transactions accurately.
• Handle temperature-sensitive products per storage requirements.
• Identify damaged or on-hold stock and report promptly.
• Move products using approved warehouse equipment and procedures.
• Prepare stock and packaging for outbound operations.
• Escalate inventory discrepancies as needed.
