Job summary

Cencora is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Operator to join our warehouse team across various locations. This full-time role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipments, and handling temperature-sensitive products to support the healthcare supply chain.

You'll update records, ensure compliance, and contribute to safe and efficient distribution of essential healthcare items while upholding quality standards and traceability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation accurately.
• Maintain product traceability through accurate record keeping and system updates.
• Identify and process on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials in line with procedures.
• Coordinate the movement of materials using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment staging areas for outbound deliveries.
• Escalate inventory discrepancies and non-standard handling issues promptly.
• Support safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations at all times.
