Job summary

Resonant Clinical Services is seeking a Warehouse Operative at our Chorley Buckshaw Village site to support receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of clinical materials. You will work within a nine-person team in a structured, quality-focused environment, Monday to Friday, onsite.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, are detail-oriented, and can use SAP/ERP systems along with MS Office. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency and collaboration to meet customer needs and regulatory

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Experience with picking/packing, goods receipt and returns processes.
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods and deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and clinical materials for shipment.
• Dispatch shipments accurately per quality and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems.
• Conduct stock checks and support stock accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged goods, shortages or discrepancies.
• Move products safely between receiving, storage and dispatch.
• Support returns processing and ensure proper handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse.
