Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a proactive, caring Support Worker for a new Swindon package supporting a 27-year-old lady with ABI. You will work closely with the client to encourage independence, support daily routines, and participate in activities she loves, from arts and crafts to community outings.

The role offers flexible day shifts (7:30 am–8:00 pm) Tue–Sun on a zero-hours contract with ongoing work, plus DBS, induction training, holiday pay, and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team.
• Shifts: Days 7:30 am–8:00 pm, Tuesday–Sunday.
• Female-only role due to genuine occupational requirement as noted by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, hands-on support to the client.
• Engage in activities she enjoys, including arts and crafts and community outings.
• Support her routines and promote independence throughout the day.
