• Deliver security services to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Complete required competency training.
• Ensure compliance with policies and UK law.
• Renew licences as required (front-line licence, CCTV PSS SIA Licence).
• Maintain professional conduct and report health & safety hazards.
• Keep accurate incident notebooks and participate in incident reporting.
• Call emergency services and communicate with the control centre when incidents occur.
