Career Studio is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join their lettings team in Telford. The role focuses on delivering excellent tenant and landlord service throughout the tenancy lifecycle, with emphasis on organisation and proactive problem-solving.

Key duties include rent collection, viewings support, supplier coordination, and compliance fl ags. The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks efficiently and build lasting client relationships in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings or tenancy management is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and rapport-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional response to enquiries and visitors.
• Attend property viewings when required.
• Manage rent collection and landlord payments administration.
• Process supplier invoices and coordinate contractor payments.
• Monitor arrears and liaise with tenants/landlords to resolve balances.
• Oversee move-outs, deposit negotiations, and returns.
• Arrange rent reviews and serve notices per legislation.
• Ensure scheduling of compliance certificates (Gas Safety, EPCs, EICRs).
• Schedule property inspections and prepare detailed landlord reports.
• Handle maintenance requests from reporting to completion with stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
