Village Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The role involves diagnosing and fixing issues across guest rooms, Leisure Club facilities, and public areas, while maintaining high standards and guest comfort.

You’ll be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work, collaborates with colleagues, and can adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment. Training and development are provided to help you grow with the Village.

Responsibilities

• Respond to room faults quickly and politely to minimise guest disruption.
• Perform routine checks and fix issues in Leisure Club areas.
• Keep public areas, lobbies, and meeting spaces immaculate and functional.
• Support other departments to deliver excellent hotel service.
