• The Guest Experience: Responding directly to room faults and fixing issues swiftly and politely.
• The Leisure Club: Running routine checks and fixing issues across gym and pool areas.
• The Public Areas: Ensuring lobbies, Pub & Grill, and meeting spaces look immaculate and function perfectly.
• The Team Support: Working with other departments to support the wider hotel team.
