Village Hotels - Walsall is seeking a Maintenance Manager to keep our hotels and leisure spaces in top condition. You will be a hands-on problem-solver, fixing issues in guest rooms, ensuring spa and gym operations run smoothly, and keeping public areas fresh and inviting.

Join a dynamic team with strong focus on service, safety and guest experience, with opportunities to lead a small maintenance crew and collaborate across departments to maintain high standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive general maintenance experience including plumbing and electrical.
• Lead, motivate and monitor a small team to ensure efficient and safe operation of plant and equipment.
• Delivery of excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of hotel security and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and monitor a small team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service to hotel guests and colleagues.
• Oversee hotel security and emergency procedures and act as first point of contact for maintenance issues.
• Identify and fix maintenance problems quickly and proactively to minimise disruption.
