Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is useful, but attitude, proactivity and energy matter more.
• Handy with a toolbox and comfortable working with people to fix issues quickly.
• A proactive team player who can adapt to a fast paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• The Guest Experience: Responding to room faults quickly and politely to minimise disruption.
• The Leisure Club: Run routine checks and fix issues in gym and pool areas.
• The Public Areas: Ensure lobbies, Pub & Grill and meeting spaces look immaculate and function well.
• The Team Support: Collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent service.
