Job summary

ISS is seeking a proactive, technically skilled engineer with experience in planned and reactive maintenance. The successful candidate will help maintain engineering standards, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver an excellent service to the client.

You will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with maintenance schedules, respond to electrical and mechanical faults, coordinate subcontractors, and keep thorough maintenance documents.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with maintenance schedules.
• Respond to electrical and mechanical reactive maintenance tasks, including fault finding and repairs.
• Manage and complete helpdesk requests within agreed timescales.
• Conduct technical surveys and provide detailed reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate client requests and manage specialist subcontractors.
• Complete minor installation works, including maintenance and repairs to lighting and distribution systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.
