Job summary

PRS Recruitment Agency in London is seeking experienced Maintenance/Multiskilled Engineers to join a prestigious client roster. The role offers competitive rates of pay between £23.00 and £25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, minor installations, and ensure safety compliance while accurately recording work in CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or City and Guilds Level 3 required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (desirable).
• Experience with building management or automation systems (BMS).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in commercial buildings.
• Perform fault-finding and diagnostic tasks on electrical installations.
• Complete minor installations, repairs and improvements as required.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and documentation via CMMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems within commercial buildings
• Undertake fault-finding and diagnostic work on electrical systems
• Complete minor installations, repairs and improvements
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Accurately record all work carried out using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation orCity and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Desired)
• Experience of working with BMS systems
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be available to work day and night shifts
