Job summary

The role covers a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including offices, depots and laboratories, ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant and operational.

• Carry out electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Diagnose faults and complete reactive electrical repairs within agreed service levels.
• Support wider building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC and mechanical tasks where required.
• Respond to callouts as part of the on-call rota.
• Undertake contractor management activities and issue Permits to Work.
• Ensure all electrical equipment operates to required performance standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete all administrative requirements on time.
