Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a construction health & safety role.
• NEBOSH qualification required; knowledge of UK H&S legislation.
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits and RAMS reviews.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide practical safety guidance.
• Driver's license beneficial and able to travel between sites.

• Provide professional health and safety advice to site teams, management and contractors.
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety checks.
• Identify hazards and provide practical recommendations to control risks.
• Assist with RAMS preparation and reviews.
• Monitor compliance with policies and health & safety legislation.
• Investigate accidents and near misses; help implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and briefings.
• Maintain accurate health & safety records and documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture with site managers and project teams.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders on health & safety matters.
