Job summary

Lowe’s in Bedford is seeking a dedicated Loader/Customer Service Associate to assist customers, locate and load merchandise, and support order fulfillment. You will help with checkout, replenishment, and customer guidance on product features and warranties.

The role requires safe operation of store equipment, attention to inventory levels, and proactive service in both Pro and Garden Center areas as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
