Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate in Leeds to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

You may assist in locating merchandise, loading items, stocking shelves, and processing orders. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a nationwide home improvement

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock and replenish shelves and merchandise.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best service.
