PRN Phlebotomist

Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect blood via venipuncture across multiple sites. You will handle specimen preparation and maintain accurate patient records while delivering excellent patient service.

The role entails traveling to additional sites and working on a PRN schedule. A High School diploma and phlebotomy certification or progress toward certification are preferred, with healthcare experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• National Phlebotomy Certification or qualified to sit for phlebotomy certification exam preferred.
• Prior experience as a Phlebotomist OR an equivalent combination of graduation from a certified phlebotomy school coupled with work experience in a healthcare field preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of medical terminology, excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $17.65-26.50, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
