  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues and partner agencies.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Relevant qualifications or significant experience within housing management, social work or a related field.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation, homelessness prevention and the challenges affecting access to housing, particularly within the private rented sector.
  • Experience working within a housing, local authority or similar customer-focused environment, supporting vulnerable individuals and managing complex cases.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships with landlords, letting agents, service providers and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of people.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions.
  • A proactive, customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, supported by A-Level qualifications (or equivalent) or substantial relevant frontline experience.
