Qualifications

• Experience in reactive private sector housing casework, HMOs and mobile home sites is required.
• Experience with housing condition referrals from services and pest issues is advantageous.
• Driving licence with own car insured for business use is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive service requests and private sector housing complaints.
• Carry out HMO inspections and licence applications.
• Inspect residential caravan sites and mobile home sites.
• Contribute to the duty rota and provide first responses to service requests.
